Services

We offer support to those struggling with mental health, those who need support in healing, and those who need a space to talk. Evergreen Counseling offers consultation, individual therapy, family sessions, and EMDR intensives.

Fees

Consultation

10-15 mins | Free

Phone consultation before working together can help explore and establish what your needs are. Consultation allows the client to see if this therapeutic relationship is a good fit.

Individual Therapy

55 mins | up to $130

Online or in-person. During sessions, time is used to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences to better understand yourself and work towards established treatment goals. The process of developing skills is collaborative and individualized.

EMDR Intensives

1.5- 3 hrs | $180- $360

EMDR Intensives gives more time to process. Processing a traumatic event can take longer than a traditional 55-minute session and this allows the client time to work towards their treatment goals.

Family Sessions

55 mins | up to $150

Online or in-person. During sessions, time is used to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences to better understand yourself and work towards established treatment goals. The process of developing skills is collaborative and individualized.

Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards (3% card processing fee), HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash. Evergreen Counseling accepts Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, and Self-Pay. Upon request, superbills can be provided to clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement (depending on the client’s out-of-network coverage). Please check with your insurance company for out-of-network coverage.

Right to Receive a “Good Faith Estimate”

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for items and services to individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call our main office.

This provider is not partnered with any insurance panels and is private pay only.
