About Kate

Hi, I’m Kate Weston, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person and telehealth therapy sessions in New Hampshire. As the founder and owner of Evergreen Counseling, my therapeutic approach focuses on developing positive coping skills through personal exploration. My approach is gentle yet direct to create a collaborative therapeutic experience. Whether this is your first experience seeking help or you have been in therapy for years, I create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring the root of what is prohibiting a fulfilled life. 

Collaboration between the therapist and the client promotes self-exploration, realization, and growth, easing emotional discomfort. I have experience working with adolescents, preteens, teens, and adults with a variety of diagnoses. Various techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy are effective in helping clients meet their goals.
